Physical Therapists
Camille Bowshier, PT, DPT
Camille Bowshier joined Specialized Speech in August 2016 as an opportunity to advance her skills in pediatric physical therapy. She graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, OH in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Biology. In 2010, she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Dayton where she was a graduate assistant in the program specializing in gross Anatomy and problem based learning. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers as well as the Ohio Department of Education.
Camille has spent her career finessing her skills in the outpatient and home health setting specializing in orthopedics including post op, overuse and sports injuries. She enjoys engaging children in therapy through play activities and loves watching increased function and independence in all ages. Camille values the team treatment approach in the school setting working with children, families and teaching staff to increase access in the educational setting.

Kristin Bednarz, MPT, CIMT
Kristin Bednarz joined Specialized Speech in September 2020. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay in 2009. She is also a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator. She began her career as an orthopedic therapist and worked in this discipline for over 10 years. She became incredibly passionate about transitioning into the pediatric field after having three little ones of her own.
Kristin’s life’s purpose is to empower parents to build a deep, lifelong connection with their children while providing every opportunity for children to optimize their development through PLAY! She lives out this mission through working with kiddos in physical therapy as well as supporting a community of parents virtually through various workshops, masterclasses, and providing support on their parenting journeys!

Physical Therapist
Kathy Bollum, PT, DPT
Kathy Bollum started her career as a Physical Therapist with Specialized Speech in 2012 and rejoined Specialized Speech in 2022 after taking some time off for the pandemic. She graduated from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 2010 she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Arizona University. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers as well as the Ohio Department of Education.
Kathy has extensive experience working with children birth to 18 years in a variety of settings including early intervention, schools, clinic, aquatics, and home health. She loves working with children to gain independence and a love for recreation that can last into adulthood. She enjoys seeing the potential of every child and is passionate about guiding them to achieve it fully.
Kathy lives in Westerville with her husband and three boys. Outside of work, Kathy enjoys traveling, reading, and playing with her kids.

Caitlyn (Cat) Connor, PT, DPT
Caitlyn Connor started her career as a Physical Therapist with Specialized Speech in 2024. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2021 with a BA in Exercise Science and Psychology while playing collegiate soccer. In 2024, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Ohio University. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers as well as the Ohio Department of Education.
Caitlyn has always known she wanted to work with the pediatric population and is excited for the opportunity to work in a variety of settings through SST. She loves helping children gain independence and confidence and looks forward to finding ways to keep therapy exciting and engaging.
Outside of work, Caitlyn enjoys reading books, playing soccer and hanging out with her cats (and Husband).

Physical Therapist
Rebecca Cmar, PT, DPT
Rebecca joined SST in September of 2018. She graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in 2014 and then moved to Athens to attend Ohio University where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers, as well as the Ohio Department of Education.
Rebecca has several years of experience working with children in different settings – from the clinic to public screenings and child-specific events. She now works primarily in the schools. Rebecca’s goal in pediatrics is to make physical therapy more accessible to families, whether that’s later hours or through the school setting.

Physical Therapist
Jordyn Fox, PT, DPT
Jordyn started her career as a Physical Therapist with Specialized Speech in October of 2023. She graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors in Science in Food and Nutrition sciences. Jordyn also received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kent State University and worked as a PTA for 3 years. She recently achieved her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from South College in December of 2022. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)- pediatrics section and the Ohio Physical Therapy Association (OPTA).
Jordyn mainly worked in the outpatient and hospital setting as a PTA while finishing her DPT degree. During that time, she gained experience in orthopedics, women’s health, pediatrics, and aquatic therapies. She was eager to further her career in pediatrics after her clinic working in a school and with early intervention. She has always enjoyed how children can “keep you on your toes” and strives to help them achieve their greatest potential.
When Jordyn is not in schools or the clinic, she enjoys supporting her husband’s sports teams or spending time with her friends and family.

Tracy Jungwirth, PT, DPT
Tracy Jungwirth started her career as a Physical Therapist with Specialized Speech in 2014 and rejoined Specialized Speech in August 2018 after practicing in the Seattle area for 3 years. She graduated from Ohio State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition. In 2014 she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Ohio State University. While completing her degree in physical therapy, Tracy completed additional coursework to graduate with a specialization in pediatrics. She is licensed by the Ohio Board of Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Athletic Trainers as well as the Ohio Department of Education. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association- pediatrics section and the Ohio Physical Therapy Association.
Tracy has experience working with children birth to 18 years in a variety of settings including early intervention, schools, clinic, aquatics, and home health. She has a passion for pediatrics and enjoys helping children reach their goals and maximize their potential. She enjoys making therapy fun and engaging for children. Tracy has additional interest and passion for feeding and helping children and their families overcome mealtime challenges. She is trained in the SOS approach to feeding and is an SOS basic provider.
Tracy lives in Worthington with her husband and two dogs. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys hiking with her dogs, horseback riding, and traveling.

Nicole Waite, MPT
Nicole joined Specialized Speech Technologies, Inc in July 2013. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Findlay. She has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as a member of the Academy of Pediatric Physical Therapy.
Nicole has experience working in a variety of settings including skilled nursing facilities, home health, outpatient clinics, schools, aquatics, and early intervention programs. She greatly enjoys working with children of all ages and their families to help each child reach their maximum potential.
